Scott & Beth met me yesterday at the Sand Key Park in Clearwater to get some belly shots before baby Addilynn makes her January appearance. We had a blast and lucked out with a gorgeous November sunset. Congratulations to you both on your new journey ahead.

Johanna and CJ had a magnificent wedding at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with a reception following at The Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City. We love this couple! They are so great to work with and also had their engagement session earlier in the year so we've been following them leading up to the big day. Their images were laced with love and excitement and we truly enjoyed editing and reliving their magical day.

We had a busy wedding month in October and one of our beautiful weddings was held at the Kapok. We fell in love with the exquisite surrounds! What a fabulous place to make the journey into marriage. The very private affair was magical and the newly weds are back from their honeymoon and better than ever!

We had a blast at Let's Go Strolling in Westchase last Saturday!

We had a great turnout for our $25 -25 minute photo shoot special inside the store. The store has so many cute things--not just strollers. Jennifer and John let us have fun and use some of the merchandise as props for our shoot! It went so well that we are planning on keeping this as a regular Saturday event. SandPearl Resort Clearwater!

We had an incredible family shoot at the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater on Friday. We had every intention of using the beach site and dunes for this 28 member family shoot, but the rain had other plans. We were so graciously welcomed into the Resort and were so impressed! The shoot went spectacular inside this beautiful location. We were able to use the grand piano, spiral staircase, and numerous island style decor as the setting. Aloha Photography evolved from a beautiful journey in the story book into our lives. We are a family-owned photography business inspired by life and beautiful memories. We believe that memories are made up of single snapshots of moments. Our organic style embraces the life in those moments.

Our story began in Raleigh, NC where we had a beautiful wedding and experienced the radiant emotions first hand with weddings. We were truly inspired after our honeymoon to Maui and returned home to announce that we were moving there! Our families thought we had lost our minds to move so far away, but we were inspired by our experience and needed to chase our passion for capturing the moments in life.

While on the island of Maui, we developed our photographic style and worked constantly with destination wedding couples chasing their wedding dreams. This was all too familiar to us and we embraced the opportunity to make their special moments into memories. We worked with over 300 couples in our 4 years on Maui!

In April 2009, we welcomed our baby girl in a small hospital in Maui. A new inspiration had now evolved! Sean had spent the past nine months obsessed with my HUGE belly and now he had a new muse. We soon decided that we would make another drastic move and chose Tampa, FL for its beautiful beaches and urban appeal.

Today, Aloha Photography services the entire state of Florida and the Bahamas. We specialize in the journey and cater to Engagements, Weddings, Maternity, Boudoir, Babies. Toddlers, and Family Portraits. Our organic style captures the essence of the moment so that years from now our pictures can be the snapshot to take you back to your special moments.
